Zabella

The ancestral cellar at the 173-acre Agaporia estate, holding biodynamic labels and rare vintages from the territory of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Zabella — Liquid Heritage at the regenerative five-star sanctuary in Montefollonico, Tuscany.

The cellar holds small-batch biodynamic labels and rare vintages, chosen by one measure: that the grower returns more to their land than they take. These are the winemakers working the way the estate works, building soil, protecting water, farming for the long life of the place rather than the size of the harvest.

To drink here is to taste that choice. Wine made from living ground carries a density and a clarity that industrial farming cannot reach, the mineral character of vines grown in soil that is cared for rather than spent.

Through tastings and the Vino Vivo induction, the cellar opens onto the terroir of the region and the growers within the 100km Short Circuit whose work deepens the same recovery. Every bottle Zabella pours supports a vineyard farmed for restoration.
