The Foundational Privilege

The Foundational Privilege

Every estate opens once. What you are choosing is to be part of a world where Nature has standing, and to be recorded as having arrived before that world did.

Anchoring your residency now does three things.

The first holds your rate for five years from the opening in summer 2028.

The second puts your name in the Founding Ledger, the estate’s own record of the people who were here first. That name carries lifetime benefits on every stay that follows, a founder letter each quarter, and the milestones of the build before anyone outside the First Circle hears them.

And the third places you among people who believe in a cause larger than themselves: a world in which Nature has standing, starting with seventy hectares in Tuscany.

The First Circle is finite because the estate is. One hectare in seventy carries the buildings, and everything else is land. Sixteen Sanctuaries in summer 2028, rising to twenty-four when the ruined farmhouse is restored, and a ledger that closes on 30 June 2027.

Through the second half of 2027, Pascal returns to you personally to shape the detail of your residency. The arrival. What you eat, and what your body would rather you did not. The pace of the days. The things that are better discussed than entered into a form.

And you can still walk away. Free cancellation runs through 1 December 2027, six months before the estate opens, by which time you will have watched the estate rise for a year.

What you sign now, the land starts working on tomorrow.
