The Sanctuaries are single storey and open on to the land, built from what grew here and what was already in the ground. Sixteen Core Sanctuaries, six Sovereign Shelters, two Master Residencies.

The spa runs on the Dharana Protocol™, eight dimensions of restoration that were settled before an architect drew a line, and that decided the walls, the farming, the kitchen and the hours.

There are three rooms to eat in. One above the valley, one at the pool, one underground with the wine. The first two are fed by the garden; the third pours the appellation.

The farm runs to ten hectares of vines, olives that were old before the estate had a name, two hectares of permaculture, and fifty-four hectares worked regeneratively.

The Agaporia Research Centre holds the measuring and publishes it. The Conscious Club™ carries four percent of every room rate to Nature brought back, oceans defended and children protected.

All of it opens in 2028, and the Founding Ledger that records the first stays closes on 31 December.
