Held For Five Years, On Your Schedule

Secure your position in the Founding Ledger and your rate is fixed for five years from the opening.

This first step asks for no payment and no commitment. You choose a Priority Residency, which is the shape of the stay: its length, what the days are built around, and what is included.

After the Founding Ledger closes on 30 June 2027, Pascal returns to you to discuss the details of your stay, and to settle which of the twenty-four rooms you prefer. Each carries its own name, its own orientation and its own light.

Between now and the opening, the estate comes to you. A founder letter each quarter. Photographs from the land, the first plantings, the walls going up. Architectural milestones and regulatory thresholds arrive privately, ahead of any public announcement.
