The deepening

The Sanctuary
Five nights in a Core Sanctuary of 40m, opening onto the valley. Breakfast from the garden a minute from the kitchen door. The spa and the daily practices throughout. Late checkout at one. Changes without a fee. Five years validity from the opening.
The Masterpieces
Equine Resonance. An hour in the paddock. A horse reads the state of your nervous system faster than any person will, and answers what it finds.
The Regenerative Source. Into the rows with the growers, gathering what the kitchen will cook that evening.
Vino Vivo. Out to the growers whose rows we have walked. The vineyard, the cellar, and a vertical tasting at the end of it.
The Regenerative Table. A EUR 100 credit at Orsina, where dinner runs late and the valley turns gold, then blue, then dark.
E-Mobility. Electric bikes and charging, for the estate and the hills around it.
The Mandate
Four percent of what this residency earns goes to restoration. Four percent of the rate, entered as a cost before anything else is counted, not four percent of profit and not what remains at the end of a good year.
The mandate goes in three directions. Back to Nature, out to the oceans, and forward to the children who will inherit both. Part of the four percent never leaves this hillside, and covers the wild sixteen hectares, the olive terracing, and dry-stone walls nobody has mended in forty years.
