Our four percent restoration mandate is a cost, not a donation. A donation is what remains at the end of a good year; a cost comes first, and a poor year makes it a heavier weight on a lighter business.

The mandate goes in three directions. Back to Nature, out to the oceans, and forward to the children who will inherit both. Part of it never leaves this hillside, and covers the wild half, the olive terracing, and dry-stone walls nobody has mended in forty years.

You will come to know the people doing that work and the projects your stay supports. What begins as a regenerative stay becomes a standing connection to the recovery of the planet and its communities.
